I have tried to give HEB delivery a chance over and over again but that moment you get all the text msg and half your food has been removed or you get food replaced with dishes not even close to what you picked or replaced with 3 or 4 of the same meals... so then you are stuck eatting spaghetti for almost 4 days for lunch because all the text msg came in 10 minutes before the driver is dropping off your food. Enough is enough... I think you should get a call if a large amount of the food is changed...not text msgs..

Non-native Texan here, and I gotta say that I love HEB. Low prices, clean stores, and amazing HEB brand foods are definitely part of it. But, the COVID-19 pandemic has made me love HEB all the more. In a state where millions proudly refuse to wear a mask in a misguided quest to reclaim "freedoms" that have never really been encroached upon, HEB has stood strong in its mask requirements and COVID guidelines. Even through the worst of the pandemic, HEB was there, they were trying to stock items as best they could while keeping their stores feeling safe. Now, HEB is helping with the vital vaccine rollout in Texas, truly proving that no store does more. After having read the negative reviews on Trustpilot, and learning that HEB pissed people off by cutting ties with the racist MAGA conspiracy theorist founder of MyPillow, I just love my HEB all the more.

I love my heb ,but they should label the chicken brests as old stewing hens ,but they are the size of turkey brests."? And when are they going to bring back the hcf chorizo? Every thing else is great. Please push back the prices.

HEB has been the MVP of this insane year. They have been looking out for communities across Texas during this pandemic more than our own local governments. No store does more! Thank you for doing business with a heart.

Came here to leave a glowing review of HEB's home delivery experience. But I can't get past the political issues HEB has chosen to involve themselves in. Sadly, I'll be looking for a new grocery delivery services in the coming week.

Your decision to entire into the political arena by cutting ties with ANY company is wrong!!! MY PILLOW is a genuinely great product! I will be letting you know my displeasure by NOT spending money with your company.... have fun with that decision.

My Pillow sold at HEB . . . is surprising, but ok.
I've never purchased a My Pillow, but their towels are very good. However, the political statement HEB makes by kicking out Mike Lindell is insulting to 1/2 of Americans.
HEB should stick with selling groceries (until Amazon puts them out of business) instead of sending political messages.

I will be avoiding HEB stores due to their announcement that they will no longer carry My Pillow brands. These are great products and loved by consumers.

Unbelievable!!!! HEB removed “My Pillow” from their shelves all across America simply because they found out the CEO, Mike Lidell has a conservative stance and is a believer of a higher power. Which is racism! Will NEVER EVER shop here again! Americans are going to make a stand for this bias political nonsense! Boycotting a small business man (who’s invention is amazing by the way) simply because the CEO of HEB doesn’t have a backbone and fears threats of the lying, cheating thieves who stole from the American people to begin with.

If I could leave a zero Stars I would due to you pulling my pillow products off your shelf I along with my family and all of my friends will stop shopping at your stores we will no longer support stores that do this kind of thing under the guise of underperforming products we know exactly why you pulled the product off the shelves thank you for showing us consumers what your company really stands for and it certainly isn't freedom

My doctor called in a prescription to be filled. HEBPharmacy said that my insurance would not pay unless it was 30 days between refills. Insurance said not so. HEB now says it's store policy, so they decide what groceries they sell and now when you get your medication. Finding a real Pharmacy.
